Dr. Ralph Williams has spent his career serving Arkansas' dairy industry, and his contributions have helped keep the industry viable. Perhaps the most notable is his on the numerous ag students at Southern Arkansas University and later at the University of Arkansas. Many now head dairying programs here, in Florida and other states. Dr. Williams' expertise has influenced countless dairymen/women and students in his years with the Cooperative Extension Service. He, too, has a special place in his heart for Arkansas youth-Arkansas 4-H Foundation created the Potts- Williams Endowed Scholarship partly in his name.  In retirement, he still volunteers in dairy shows throughout Arkansas and at the State Fair.
